From developing unique surf experiences and luxury accommodations to building meaningful local partnerships, Uriel is committed to delivering world-class service while showcasing the natural beauty, culture, and welcoming spirit of Oaxaca's Pacific Coast.

His mission is to create the complete surf experience in Barra de la Cruz—where every guest feels inspired, connected, and at home.

She oversees reservations, guest communications, accommodation coordination, and day-to-day hospitality services while managing the brand's digital presence and social media strategy. Her passion for exceptional service and attention to detail help create meaningful connections between guests, the local community, and the unique lifestyle of Barra de la Cruz.
